How fast will I get a reply?
Average reply time is under 4 hours during working days (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 EET). We try to respond same-day to anything that arrives before 5pm.
Weekend messages are answered first thing Monday morning. If something is urgent, mention it in the subject line or call us directly.
What information should I include?
The more, the better. Helpful things to mention:
What you’re building — presentation site, online shop, redesign, etc. Your timeline — rough launch date or urgency. Your budget range — even approximate. References — sites or styles you like (or hate).
If you don’t know any of these yet, that’s fine too — we’ll figure it out together on the call.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes — many of our best long-term relationships started as landing pages, single-page rebuilds, or focused one-off projects. Our leasing model also makes us accessible to small businesses that wouldn’t otherwise afford an agency.

Do I need to have everything ready before I contact you?
Not at all. Most people contact us with a vague idea and a deadline. The point of the first call is to get clarity together — on scope, content, design direction, and budget.
You don’t need to come with a brief, a wireframe, or a folder of inspiration. Just tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll guide the rest.
Are first consultations free?
Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is always free, with no commitment to proceed. We’ll discuss your project, suggest a direction, and give you a rough idea of timeline and budget.
If we end up working together, great. If not, you’ll leave with useful advice you can take to anyone.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happily. If your project involves confidential information, send your NDA along with the brief and we’ll sign before our first call.
If you don’t have one, we have a standard mutual NDA we can send you.
