Is the call really free?
Yes, completely. No credit card, no commitment. The first 60 minutes are on us — that’s how we figure out if we’re a good fit for each other. Most calls don’t turn into projects, and that’s fine.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not really. Bring your website URL (if you have one) and a rough sense of what you’re trying to solve. We’ll do the rest. If you have analytics, recent campaigns, or a brief, share them in the booking notes — but it’s not required.
Will you try to upsell me?
No. We’ll recommend what we think actually solves the problem — sometimes that means starting smaller than you expected. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll say so on the call rather than waste both our time with a proposal.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Calendly will send you a confirmation email with reschedule and cancel links. You can move the meeting up to 1 hour before it starts — no questions asked.
Can we meet in person instead?
Sometimes, depending on location and schedule. We’re based in Athens and Nicosia. Book the online slot first and mention it in the notes — if you’re local, we can usually arrange a follow-up in person.
What language is the call in?
Whichever you prefer — English or Greek. Just mention it in the booking notes. We can also handle mixed conversations if you have team members who prefer different languages.
What happens after the call?
Within 48 hours we send you a written summary of what we discussed plus a proposal — scope, timeline, fixed price. You take your time. No follow-ups, no “just checking in” emails. When you’re ready, you reach out.
